Komsol Hypro is a deep penetrating, non-film-forming treatment developed for all types of concrete and screed floors. Designed for professional use, it creates an invisible, hydrophobic barrier that significantly reduces water absorption and efflorescence, while maintaining the natural appearance and texture of the surface.

The product is particularly well-suited for modern, self-leveling screeds often used in residential and commercial construction. Hypro penetrates deeply and chemically bonds within the substrate, providing breathable protection without forming a visible surface film.

It dries quickly — typically within 20–30 minutes — and leaves a tack-free, matte surface. Application is straightforward using a low-pressure sprayer, brush or roller.

Hypro is a water-based, low-VOC formulation, free from harmful solvents, and assessed for environmental and health safety. It supports sustainable building and can be combined with Komsol Seal in high-wear areas for extended life.
