Glossy surface protection for concrete and screed floors
Developed for professional use, Staypro is designed to protect and elevate a wide range of indoor concrete
applications — from residential and office spaces to industrial floors and utility rooms. The product is
particularly well-suited for smooth or dense surfaces, including modern self-leveling screeds, where stain
resistance and cleanability are key performance factors.
Staypro forms a durable, transparent film that reduces surface porosity without fully sealing off the substrate.
While it creates a continuous protective layer, the formulation still allows moisture vapour to pass through —
making it suitable for use on concrete surfaces where breathability is required. This balance of protection and
vapour permeability helps maintain long-term substrate integrity.
The product dries quickly — typically within 20–30 minutes — and can be polished for a flawless, high-gloss finish.
Application is simple with a low-pressure sprayer and a microfiber mop.
Staypro is a water-based and free from harmful solvents. It has undergone independent evaluation from an
environmental and health perspective to support use in sustainable building projects. In areas exposed to high
mechanical wear, Staypro can be used as a final topcoat in combination with Komsol Seal to improve abrasion
resistance and extend the lifespan of the floor system.
