Controll^®DeepClean is an alkaline waterbased degreaser for cleaning concrete and other mineral surfaces that have been polluted by fats, grease and oils.

Area of use:
DeepClean is especially developed to clean concrete surfaces before impregnation, paint or other treatments of protection. The product has exceptionally good solvent properties for oils, asphalt concrete, fats, road salt and most pollutions.

Dilute:
Severe contaminated - 1:1 with water.
Normal cleaning - 1:4 with water.
Recommendation: Warm water (> 40°C) increases the solvent effect notably.

NOTE: DeepClean must NOT be used with other chemicals, on aluminium or anodised surfaces, glass or other shiny surfaces which must be carefully covered/protected..

Working temperature:
Avoid working temperature less than 5°C.

Application:
DeepClean is applied with a low pressure sprayer. Scrub the contaminated area with a brush and leave for 5-15 minutes. Remove residues with a wet vacuum. Then, rinse the surface with hot water, alternatively hot-water/high pressure. Repeat the process if needed.

Protective equipment:
The product is not hazardous in normal use. Protect yourself against splash and make sure to always use goggles, rubber gloves and protective clothes/shoes.

Labeling requirements:
Due to the high pH of the product in concentrate, it is classified as corrosive.
Shipping: Normal land or sea transport, classified as limited dangerous goods. Not shipped by air.

Controll^®ConClean is an user and eco-friendly alternative to hydrochloric acid. It effectively removes limescale, cement residues and rust spots without corroding.

Area of use:
Acid wash of most stone/concrete surfaces like concrete, bricks, plaster, natural stones et al. It has great effect on limescale, rust stains, efflorescence, cement residues, masonry and for cleaning tools and equipment.

Working temperature:
Avoid working temperature less than 5°C. 

Dilute:
ConClean can be diluted with water 1:1 or up to 1:10 depending on the purpose.

Application:
Apply ConClean with a brush, roller or low pressure sprayer. Leave for a couple of minutes. Process the spot with a brush and rinse with hot water. Repeat the process if needed. Clean masonry and concrete tools with a dilution 1:1 with water and leave for 1 hour. .
